1. Commitment to Client Confidentiality

At Apparel Bar (Sialkot, Pakistan), we recognize that in the private-label and OEM apparel manufacturing industry, your designs, sizing charts, tech packs, and brand graphics represent high-value intellectual property. We are strictly committed to safeguarding your proprietary information.

2. Proprietary Design Protection (NDA Standards)

Any vector files, sketches, CAD patterns, tech packs, or reference samples submitted to Apparel Bar for sampling or bulk manufacturing remain the exclusive property of the client. Apparel Bar will never:

• Resell or redistribute your custom designs to other brands or third parties.
• Display unreleased or embargoed private-label collections publicly without explicit prior client authorization.
• Share your technical specification sheets or custom trim molds with unauthorized vendors.

3. Information We Collect

When you submit an RFQ or contact our factory through our inquiry forms, WhatsApp, or email, we collect:

• Full Name, Company / Brand Name
• Email Address and WhatsApp / Phone Number
• Destination Country and Shipping Requirements
• Production specifics (apparel category, target quantities, fabric preferences, artwork files)

4. Use of Information

Your contact details are solely used to formulate production quotations, communicate sampling milestones, execute manufacturing contracts, and provide shipping logistics tracking. We never sell, rent, or lease client contact lists.
